Over the course of its 15-year journey, TPA Incons Joint Stock Company has undergone numerous developmental phases. The first milestone that signified the company’s success is a project in Ha Tinh. Since then, TPA Incons has continuously conquered the Central region market through a number of other significant projects.
Founded in 2010, TPA Incons is a construction company that specializes in land leveling projects, landscape constructions of industrial parks as well as civil construction works, bridges and roads. Since its early days, TPA Incons has progressively asserted its position in Vietnam’s construction sector thanks to its lean, youthful, passionate, and enthusiastic workforce.
The Company’s success was marked when it became the contractor for the memorial grave area project, and the square dedicated to the late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap, in Cam Xuyen District, Ha Tinh Province.

The late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap relic complex covers a grave and memorial area. Located on Dong Lem hill, the grave area of the late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap spans over one hectare and was completed in 2011.This place preserves memories of life and revolutionary activities of comrade Ha Huy Tap. The monument has been a destination for many tourists across the country.
In 2019, the company built its representative office in Ha Tinh at No. 117 Phan Dinh Giot, Nam Ha ward, Ha Tinh city, with the aim of exploring and expanding the construction market in the Central region. Also, in this year, the Company proceeded with two projects including the project of Renovation of Historical relic, memorial site of Great Poet Nguyen Du in Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province and the project of Renovation, repair and upgrade the memorial site of Uncle Ho’s Ha Tinh visit.
