Having grown from a newly established business, TPA Incons Joint Stock Company is now a renowned general contractor and builder of significant projects in Vietnam after 15 years of building and persistent efforts to solidify its position. Let’s reflect the past voyage and some of its proud milestones.
TPA Incons Joint Stock Company was officially founded in 2010 and employs approximately thirty people, primarily in the field of design consultation for construction projects. Since its early days, the company’s management has concentrated on hiring and developing a team of qualified employees who are enthusiastic, committed, and dedicated to their work.
TPA Incons achieved a significant milestone in 2011 when it successfully executed the project of the grave area, the square to dedicate the late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap in Cam Xuyen District, Ha Tinh Province, funded by the People’s Committee of Cam Xuyen District.
Acknowledging the strong growth of the industrial construction market in Vietnam, TPA Incons broadened its business cope in 2016 to include technical infrastructure construction as well as landscape construction of industrial parks and factories.

TPA Incons, which operates under the motto “building with knowledge and dedication,” establishes a quality management system in compliance with the applicable state regulations to guarantee quality throughout the company’s operations and business growth. In addition to closely adhering to the quality management system’s requirements, the company also maintains up-to-date advanced management tools for the system, which enhances the quality of projects.
After experiencing success after success, the management of the company made the decision to establish a representative office in Ha Tinh in 2019 in order to tap into the potential construction market in the Central region. Next, in an effort to broaden its scope of operations, the company constructed a second office in Ha Giang in 2021. Moreover, the company invests in and equips modern machinery systems to meet the project’s growing requirements.

In addition to emphasizing professional aspects, TPA Incons’ management consistently promotes employees to engage in active learning, refine their abilities, and enhance their credentials in order to contribute maximum productivity to the workplace. Generations of TPA workers have always upheld and continuously promoted the spirit of solidarity, diligence, and dedication to customers.
To date, TPA Incons’s strong internal strength has allowed it to transition into a “general contractor and project constructor” role. The company, which has three branches and almost 250 employees, is continually growing in size and scope, confirming its competitive advantage over major domestic contractors.
